S***, I don't remember the details... if you have Storm's Curse AND Storm's Attention, you'll frequently get a storylet where one of your zailors has run amok and killed another zailor. There's an Iron challenge to kill her (which results in -2 crew and turns off Storm's Attention), a Hearts challenge to talk her down (-1 crew), or a Veils? challenge to capture her (-2 crew +1 Prisoner). I don't remember all the details, though, like Terror effects, just those. Never failed any of the checks, iirc. Can't find anything about it on the wiki. I'll try to trigger it again.
